Separate prayer rooms for ladies and men are located on Level 3, near the food court and near the BurJuman Business Tower entrance.
Guest Services
There are two Guests Services Desks available in the mall. One is located on Level 1 near Shakespeare & Co and the other Desk is located on Level 1 near Mont Blanc. Services include store information, mall directories, mall events information, gift voucher sales (available at all Guest Services Desks), lost property, first aid box, customer suggestion box and many others.

Taxi Services
RTA Taxis – A Taxi drop-off and pick-up service is provided in the mall. The drop-off and pick-up area is located outside BurJuman’s main entrance.

To ensure that mums and babies can fully enjoy their time at BurJuman, Mother & Child Facilities for feeding and changing are located in 6 locations across the Mall at Level G, 1, 2 and 3.
Wheelchair
Wheelchairs are available for use free of charge. Visit the Guest Services Desk on Level 1 (next to Mont Blanc) or on Level 1 (main Atrium – near Shakespeare & Co).
Gift Voucher
Looking for the perfect gift for any occasion? With the BurJuman Gift Voucher, you can treat your friends or loved ones to something you know they’ll love. Valid at all BurJuman stores and services (including Carrefour and Reef Mall stores), BurJuman Gift Vouchers can be purchased at any Guest Services Desks in the mall. Terms and conditions would be applicable as mentioned below.
- The gift voucher can be redeemed at any outlet in BurJuman.
- The voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be renewed.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The full value of the voucher has to be utilized at one time. Change will not be given if it is exchanged for goods less than its face value.
- BurJuman Gift Vouchers are not accepted at Alshaya stores across the mall including H&M, Starbucks, Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, MAC, Icing, and Footlocker

WiFi connection is available across the mall through @BURJUMANFREEWIFI.
Public Telephones
Payphones are located near the ENBD entrance as well as outside BurJuman’s main entrance (near Mercato).
Mail Box
A mail box is located facing Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road. Mail is collected daily.
Car Washing
Leave your car at the care of Cleanz Car Wash for car cleaning service while you shop.
