  1. The promotion will run from 27th July (Saturday) to 1st September (Sunday), 2024. No coupons will be issued after 10:00pm on 1st September 2024.
  2. The winners will be selected at the end of the promotion period.
  3. On every spend of AED 250 at any retail outlet in BurJuman other than banks, foreign exchange facilities, financial institutions, services and hypermarket, customers will receive one digital raffle coupon entry into the draw.
  4. Multiple receipts are accepted provided it is redeemed on the date of purchase. Receipts submitted on the following day will not be accepted.
  5. The customer can scan QR codes placed at the Customer Service desk, in-store counters and in other locations around the mall, to enter the required details and submit their entry for the draw.
  6. Once submitted, the submission will be reviewed by the BurJuman team and validated within 7 days if all promotion requirements are met.
  7. The customer will receive an email once their entry has been submitted and another email once their entry into the draw is validated and confirmed by BurJuman Management.
  8. Customers who do not receive a confirmation email within the 7 days of submission, please note that the entry has been rejected as some terms and conditions of the promotions have not been met. 
  9. Customers are requested to save the receipts for 7 days post submission, until they receive the confirmation email.
  10. Through the raffle, two (2) winners will be selected to join the BurJuman Exclusive Trip to Paris in collaboration with Sharaf Travel. Each winner will win a package for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children below age 12 years), total – 8 pax.
    • The Travel Voucher is exclusive for BurJuman Summer Spend & Win Promotions winners of ‘Chalo BurJuman, Chalo Paris” Tour only.
    • Sharaf Travel will give 4N5D holiday tour package to Paris (France) which includes return airline economy tickets for 2 families, Airport Transfers, 4 Star Hotel Accommodation with Breakfast on quad sharing basis, City Tours, Visa Assistance Fees (Visa Fees excluded), Travel Insurance & all applicable taxes.
    • The package is not valid for travel during blackout period / public & School holidays
    • Upgrade of package is possible by paying supplementary charges directly to Sharaf Travel. BurJuman Mall will not be responsible or a part of any discussions between Sharaf Travel and the winner.
    • The Travel Voucher is Non-Refundable, Non-Transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
    • Validity of the package is till May 2025 and cannot be extended further. 
    • The Travel give away cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sharaf Travel promotions.
    • Visa application assistance will be provided by Sharaf Travel. However, Visa Fees is not included in this tour prizes.
    • Vouchers are exclusively valid for redemption at Sharaf Travel in Dubai, UAE.
  12. Owners and employees of the Centre’s outlets, Saif Al Ghurair Group of Companies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  13. On all aspects of the draw, the BurJuman Management decision is final and binding for every participant.
  14. If for any reason entries are lost, delayed, not received by the closing date, corrupted, illegible, or are subject to malfunction and technical difficulties, the BurJuman Management will not be held responsible.
  15. Winners of the prizes must present any valid identification (Emirates ID or Passport) to claim the prize. Winners will be required to sign an acknowledgment form upon receiving their prize.
  16. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone as per the details filled out on the digital raffle form.
  17. Winners will be required to attend a Photo opp. with BurJuman Mall and Sharaf Travel management teams.
  18. The picture will be used across the mall’s digital & social media platforms, in addition to release that will be shared across Arabic & English media in UAE / GCC.
  19. Prizes that are not claimed within 60 days will be automatically forfeited.
  20. If the winner is not able to collect their prize personally, based on an agreement with BurJuman Management, they can delegate a person to collect on their behalf.
  21. BurJuman Management reserves the right to withhold the prize based on irregularities and ineligibilities.
  22. The right to cancel, amend or change these terms and conditions rests solely with BurJuman Management and can be actioned without prior notice.
