- The Steps Challenge in partnership with Fitze App Is live from
- Date: 18 to 27 November 2022
- Timing:
- Weekdays: 5 pm to 9 pm – 18, 21, 22, 23,24 ,25 November 2022
- Weekends: 3 pm to 10 – 19, 20, 26, 27 November 2022
- Pavilion Garden, Level 3.
- Customers are requested to visit the Fitze Booth on Level 3 Pavilion Garden of BurJuman Mall to register and start the challenge.
- All customers will be required to download the Fitze app at the booth and start the challenge. After walking in the mall, or joining the Fitness Classes, they are required to return back to the Fitze booth to record the steps taken, every single day between 18 to 27 Nov
- Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings. BurJuman Mall will not be
responsible or liable for any personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged. - BurJuman Mall reserves the right to change timings or temporarily close campaign (if required) because of safety or maintenance issues, without prior notice or compensation.
- BurJuman Mall reserves the right to deny entry/ participation of any customer base on inappropriate actions or not following the rules of the challenge as outlined here and by the Fitze representatives
- By entering the challenge, customer consents to and authorizes BurJuman Mall and its team to photograph you and/or make video recordings of you to use, for any purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, all such photographs and video recordings to be the sole property of BurJuman Mall. If you wish to avoid being photographed, please convey the same to the event staff/ security.
- By entering personal data, you are giving BurJuman Mall the right to collect your data and share marketing communication to keep you updated on all events and promotions.
- By entering the walking challenge, you release any claims, damages or liabilities against BurJuman Mall, arising from or related to the participation in the challenge.
- BurJuman Mall reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove any guest who is in breach of any of the above Terms & Conditions.
