Conditions:

The promotion will run from 22nd July
– 4th September
2022. No coupons will be issued after 10:00pm on 4th September
2022.

The draw which will be held on 5th September
2022.
·
On every spend of AED 200 at any retail
outlet in BurJuman other than banks, foreign exchange facilities, financial
institutions, services and hypermarket, customers will receive one raffle coupon to enter the draw.
·
Multiple receipts are accepted provided
it is redeemed on the date of purchase. Receipts submitted on the following day
will not be accepted.
·
Receipts can only be redeemed at the
BurJuman Customer Service desks located on Level 1 and coupons can be dropped
in the draw boxes next to the desks.
·
The staff at the Customer Service desk
may request to take a photocopy of the customers’ ID upon participation for our
internal records if required.
·
By participating in the campaign and
entering your personal data, you are giving BurJuman Mall and dnata Travel the
right to collect your data and share marketing communication to keep you
updated on all events and promotional offers
·
There will be one (1) winner of an
all-expense vacation to Maldives for family of 4. dnata Travel terms and
conditions apply.
·
Owners and employees of the Centre’s
outlets, Saif Al Ghurair Group of Companies and their immediate families are
not eligible to participate in this promotion.
·
On all aspects of the draw, the BurJuman
Management and dnata Travel decision is final and binding for every
participant.
·
If for any reason entries are lost,
delayed, not received by the closing date, corrupted, illegible, or are subject
to malfunction and technical difficulties, the BurJuman Management and dnata Travel will not be held responsible.
·
Winner of the prize must present the
original coupon along with any valid identification (Emirates ID or Passport)
to collect the prize.
·
The winner will be notified by email
and/or telephone as per the details filled out on the raffle coupon.
·
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or
refunded.
·
Prizes that are not claimed within 60
days will be automatically forfeited.
·
If the winner is not able to collect
their prize personally, based on an agreement with BurJuman Management and
dnata Travel, they can delegate a person to collect on their behalf.
·
BurJuman Management and dnata Travel
reserves the right to withhold the prize based on irregularities and
ineligibilities.
·
The right to cancel, amend or change
these terms and conditions rests solely with BurJuman Management and dnata
Travel and can be actioned without prior notice.
