Terms and Conditions:

  1. The duration for the DSMG Back to School promotion will be from 29th August – 26 September at BurJuman.
  2. Purchase receipts issued during the above mentioned promotion duration must be presented at the information counters in order to participate. Receipts will be accepted only if they are within this mentioned period.
  1. Multiple receipts can be accepted as long as they are within the promotional period. The total of the receipts have to be more than AED 200 at the time of submission to receive the coupon. If the total of the submitted receipts at one time is less than AED 200, the customer will not be eligible for a coupon.
  2. The Maximum limit of coupons that can be issued per transaction is 250 coupons.
  1. For every AED 200 spent at BurJuman, customers will be registered through the information counters at on the DSMG website. Once registered, customers will receive an SMS and/or email along with their raffle coupon serial number/s as a confirmation of their participation in the raffle draws.
  2. Customers are responsible to register for the promotion at the same mall where purchase is made.
  3. The draw dates will be 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th September 2020
  4. Prizes: AED 5,000 x 5 winners per week x 4 weeks (Total AED 100,000 to be won in cash)
  5. Winners will be contacted through the information provided at the time of registration.
  6. Winners must present a valid ID, Copy of the Purchase receipt and confirmation email to claim the prize.

  8. Prizes are to be claimed within 60 days of intimation.
  9. In case a fraudulent transaction is suspected, Dubai Festivals and Retails Establishment (DFRE) and Dubai Shopping Malls Group (DSMG) and BurJuman Management reserves the right to deny the prize to a winner.
  10. DFRE, DSMG, their partners in this promotion and BurJuman Management are in no way responsible for the loss of any supporting documents or receipts.
  1. The decision of DFRE, DSMG and BurJuman Management on all aspects will be final and binding. No queries or claims will be entertained.
  2. The winner explicitly agrees to bear the cost of customs, VAT, and any other related taxes or fees. DFRE, DSMG and the car dealer reserve the right to invoice the winner for said fees
