Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) DSMG promotion is valid from 9 July until 29 August.
  2. Purchase receipts issued during the above-mentioned promotion duration must be presented at the information counters in order to participate. Receipts will be accepted only if they are within this mentioned period.
  3. Multiple receipts can be accepted as long as they are within the promotional period. The total of the receipts has to be more than AED 200 at the time of submission to receive the coupon. If the total of the submitted receipts at one time is less than AED 200, the customer will not be eligible for a coupon.
  4. The Maximum limit of coupons that can be issued per transaction is 250 coupons.
  5. For every AED 200 spent at BurJuman, customers will be registered through the information counters at on the DSMG website. Once registered, customers will receive an SMS and/or email along with their raffle coupon serial number/s as a confirmation of their participation in the raffle draw.
  6. Customers are responsible for registering for the promotion at the same mall where the purchase is made.
  7. Each coupon is valid only for one draw.
  8. The draw dates for DSS will be 18th, 25 July, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th August
  9. DSS Prizes – 6 winners x Infiniti Q50 cars
  10. Winners will be contacted through the information provided at the time of registration.
  11. Winners must present a valid ID, Copy of the Purchase receipt and confirmation email to claim the prize.

  13. Prizes are to be claimed within 60 days of intimation.
  14. In case a fraudulent transaction is suspected, Dubai Festivals and Retails Establishment (DFRE) and Dubai Shopping Malls Group (DSMG) and BurJuman Management reserve the right to deny the prize to a winner.
  15. DFRE, DSMG, their partners in this promotion and BurJuman Management are in no way responsible for the loss of any supporting documents or receipts.
  16. The decision of DFRE, DSMG and BurJuman Management on all aspects will be final and binding. No queries or claims will be entertained.
  17. The winner explicitly agrees to bear the cost of customs, VAT, and any other related taxes or fees. DFRE, DSMG and the car dealer reserve the right to invoice the winner for said fees.
